P’nyang Energy Limited (PEL) is a dedicated umbrella equity management and investment company established to represent the interests of landowners within the P’nyang Gas Project. Operating independently from state-owned entities such as MRDC and KPHL, PEL is driven by its mission to empower local stakeholders and foster sustainable economic development.The company is proudly owned by the Wokfiyak Clan and other clans from Kayangabip Village, who serve as principal stakeholders. Additional ownership extends to other prominent clans within the P’nyang Gas Field, including those from the PDL areas and wellheads in the Olsobip District. Shareholders also include representatives from Western Province and across Papua New Guinea.
